At TemplateForge, we strive to provide high-quality Shopify templates and digital products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold on templateforges.shop are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

  • The product contains a major defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Lack of technical knowledge required to use the product.

  • Compatibility issues not stated in the product description.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.

  • Requests made after the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless a verified technical issue exists.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and provide:

  • The email address used for the purchase.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

Chargebacks
